Paying 1,500 SAR a year for a loyalty app?
Most Saudi car washes pay for a loyalty app. It knows a customer came back. It doesn't know what they paid, how many cars were washed off the books, or what the shop spent this month. Tablon does stamps too, and runs the rest of the shop.
| Loyalty app | Tablon | |
|---|---|---|
| Loyalty stamps | Yes | Yes |
| Points, cashback, monthly memberships | No | Yes |
| Cashier and ZATCA e-invoicing | No | Yes |
| Camera car counts matched to invoices | No | Yes |

| Payroll and shift close | No | Yes |
| Per year | about 1,500 SAR | from 1,490 SAR |
Where the cash goes missing
Any shop with cash and staff has a gap between the cars that came in and the cars that got rung up. Tablon shows you that gap every day.
A car with no invoice
The camera saw it at 4:12 pm; the cashier never rang it up.
Charged as large, recorded as small
The plate camera knows an SUV from a sedan.
A car after closing time
Something came in at 1:40 am. You hear about it right away.
Parts bought, never billed
For workshops: four brake pads on the supplier's invoice, two on the job cards.
Work for the slow hours. Order for the rush.
Every car wash has hours where the bays sit empty and hours where the line spills onto the street. Tablon learns your hours from your own invoices and camera, then works both ends: it brings customers in when it's slow, and keeps the line moving when it's busy.
Quiet hours: Tablon brings in work
- Your slow hours, from your actual sales, not a guess.
- One tap sends an offer to opted-in customers: “Today, noon to 3: 15 SAR instead of 25.”
- It picks who to send it to: customers who came at those hours before, and the ones you haven't seen in a while.
- The offer applies at the till by plate, during its hours only.
- You see how many cars came from it and what they brought in.
Rush hours: Tablon runs the line
- The queue on screen: every car, its status and the worker on it.
- Customers book a slot from your link, so they don't all show up after Maghrib.
- Customers check the current wait before they leave home, and bookings get a heads-up if their turn slips.
- A car-ready message on WhatsApp, so nobody stands around waiting.
- The welcome screen tells them “3 cars ahead of you.”
Expenses, profit and VAT from the same till
The invoice the cashier issues is the same one that lands in your profit report and your VAT return.

Questions
How is Tablon different from a loyalty app?
A loyalty app records visits and costs about 1,500 SAR a year. Tablon includes stamps plus the cashier and e-invoicing, expenses and profit, and camera car counting that catches washes nobody rang up. The Core plan paid yearly is 1,490 SAR.
What is Tablon?
Tablon is a smart, all-in-one management system for car washes and car service centers in Saudi Arabia, from detailing and tinting to repair workshops. It records every car that enters, by license plate camera or by the customer's phone number, matches the car count against the cashier's invoices, and keeps a file per car with visits, invoices and warranties. Loyalty, monthly memberships and WhatsApp messages to customers are built in.
How does Tablon help in quiet hours and rush hours?
In quiet hours it finds your slow times from your own sales, sends an offer to opted-in customers for those hours only, applies the offer at the till by plate automatically, and shows how many cars came from it. In rush hours it runs the queue on screen, lets customers book a slot from your link and see the current wait before they leave home, and sends a car-ready message on WhatsApp.
How much does Tablon cost?
From 149 SAR a month per branch. The Counter plan with a car-counting camera link is 249 SAR, and the Full dashboard with plate reading, the welcome screen and memberships is 399 SAR. Paying yearly costs 10 months. Every plan covers all staff, with no per-user fees.
Do I need a camera?
No. You can start without one and have the cashier enter the plate or phone number. A car-counting camera costs about 330 SAR and a plate-reading camera about 3,100 SAR; you buy it and have a licensed installer fit it.
Does Tablon issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing (integrated with the Fatoora platform) is in every plan, and the invoice reaches the customer on WhatsApp.
Does Tablon see my CCTV footage?
No. Video stays at your shop. Tablon receives the plate number, entry time and vehicle size only, because Saudi Arabia's security cameras law restricts moving recordings without approval.
